The Phantom Pavilion is ambitious public art project between Peterlee and Wrexham. Working with artist Marc Rees and artist & architect Jenny Hall, the project is being co-developed with No More Nowt and Redhills: Durham Miners Hall with support from Apollo Pavilion projects CIC.

The Phantom Pavilion is currently in the R&D phase and more details will be announced soon.
